This shelling production line is suitable for large-scale production line operations, with a reasonable design, low crushing rate, clean shelling, high integrity rate, and easy cleaning. It is currently the most ideal nuclear processing equipment, suitable for a variety of nuts. Our factory also designs and produces small single-stage hullers.

Production process flow:

1. The raw fruit enters the screening machine (flat screen or drum screen selection) through the elevator, and is divided into three or more levels of size. There are separate hoppers that enter the shelling unit for shelling.  

2. Shell huller (the shell clearance of the shell huller is adjusted and matched according to the size of the raw materials to achieve clean and intact shell hulling), and the shell and kernel separated from the shell enter three shell and kernel separators respectively. (Large fruits and small fruits can be combined into one separator)

3. Shell and kernel separator separates the shell and kernel, with one outlet for the kernel and the other outlet for the shell.

4. The storage screening machine screens out impurities from the broken shells and feeds them quantitatively into the soaking machine. According to the output size and raw material size, customization can be designed
