Each complete shelling line is equipped with four 12-blade automatic cashew shelling machines and one 6-blade shelling machine, delivering exceptional shelling efficiency and whole kernel integrity. Cambodia’s Growing Cashew Processing Sector
The shipment arrives at a pivotal moment for Cambodia’s cashew industry. The Cambodian government has launched the Cashew Industrial Park (CIP) in Kampong Thom province, with 400 hectares allocated for development, designed to transform Cambodia into a regional hub for cashew processing and export. Companies establishing operations within the CIP benefit from preferential tax and customs duty policies, along with the right to fully own land leased from the state.
Cambodia exported 617,692 tons of cashews in the first eight months of 2025—a 9% increase compared to the same period last year. However, local cashew processing currently accounts for only 3.9% of total cashew nuts, highlighting substantial growth opportunities for processors.
To address this gap, Cambodia offers customs duty exemptions and value-added tax relief for the importation of production equipment under the Investment Law, allowing factories to import processing machines and production lines duty-free.
