Last week, we were delighted to host a professional delegation from Côte d’Ivoire at our factory – Anqiu Hexin Food Machinery Co., Ltd. (also operating as Anqiu Dongxin Food Machinery Factory). Their mission: to source reliable, high‑efficiency equipment for a large‑scale cashew and cocoa bean processing plant back in West Africa.
Over two intensive days, we walked our guests through every critical stage of both production lines. For cashews, we demonstrated cleaning, grading, cracking, roasting, peeling, and kernel sorting – each step optimized to maximize whole‑kernel yield and minimize breakage. Our engineers explained the adjustable parameters that adapt to different nut sizes and moisture contents, ensuring consistent quality.
For cocoa beans, the clients were particularly interested in the complete transformation from raw bean to cocoa liquor. We showcased our four‑step system:
Pre‑cleaning – removing stones, dust, and foreign matter;
Roasting – with precise temperature control to develop flavour and ease peeling;
De‑husking/winnowing – efficiently separating shells from nibs;
Grinding – producing smooth, high‑grade cocoa liquor (cocoa mass) ready for chocolate or butter production.
They praised our sturdy stainless‑steel construction, energy‑saving motors, and user‑friendly control panels that simplify operation and maintenance.
The delegation leader commented: “Your machinery is exactly what we need – logical layout, clear explanations, and proven performance. We feel confident to recommend this to our board.” Before leaving, they confirmed they would share all technical data and video recordings with their colleagues in Côte d’Ivoire immediately upon return, and they anticipate placing a formal order within two weeks.
